It's three steps.

How it works

As simple as ordering anything else, with the difference that the truck actually shows up to your work site instead of the other way around.

  1. 1

    Drop in your address

Confirm the postcode, we lock in your rate based on the closest fuel terminal - no guessing, no surge.

  2. 2

    Pick a window

3-hour windows in metro zones. After-hours by arrangement.

  3. 3

    Track the truck

Driver allocated, route shared live in the app. Have someone on the ground when it pulls up.

Why Fill'er App?

Skip the forecourt detour and the return-fill premium.

We collect from the terminal and deliver direct. No detour, no queueing, no fuel-card reconciliation, no return-fill premium. These are the numbers we hear back from customers most often.

up to 60%

premium that equipment hire companies charge to refill machines on return. Top up before drop-off and that line item disappears.

$200/hr

typical standing-time cost on a 30-tonne excavator. Two hours saved per week pays for the convenience easily.

0

retail forecourts you have to detour to. Drivers stay productive; deliveries hit your schedule, not theirs.

1

invoice per delivery - clean line item with site, volume and price. No fuel-card statement to reconcile across drivers.

Common questions.

The stuff people actually want to know

Where do you deliver?

Live metro zones across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Newcastle/Hunter. Regional and remote sites are quoted on request - anywhere a 10,000L tanker can legally reach, we can usually deliver to.

How is pricing worked out?

Pricing is tied to the daily Terminal Gate Price (TGP) for your nearest fuel terminal, plus a transparent delivery margin that scales with volume. The price you see when you confirm your address is the price you pay - no surge, no surprise add-ons.

What's the minimum order?

Minimum order depends on the state - 50 litres in NSW, 150 litres in VIC and QLD. Maximum per drop is 20,000 litres from a single asset; larger projects are coordinated as multi-truck deliveries.

Are you licensed for dangerous goods?

Yes. We hold the relevant state-level Dangerous Goods (DG) licences and our drivers carry HR/HC licences with current DG certification. All vehicles are ADG7-compliant and carry spill response equipment.
