Coverage & ordering

Where do you deliver?

Live metro zones across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Newcastle/Hunter. Regional and remote sites are quoted on request - anywhere a 10,000L tanker can legally reach, we can usually deliver to.

How quickly can you deliver?

3-hour windows in metro zones, plus a next-day window for later orders. Regional deliveries are scheduled to your operation's rhythm.

What's the minimum order?

Minimum order depends on the state - 50 litres in NSW, 150 litres in VIC and QLD. Maximum per drop is 20,000 litres from a single asset; larger projects are coordinated as multi-truck deliveries.

Pricing

How is pricing worked out?

Pricing is tied to the daily Terminal Gate Price (TGP) for your nearest fuel terminal, plus a transparent delivery margin that scales with volume. The price you see when you confirm your address is the price you pay - no surge, no surprise add-ons.

Do you offer account terms?

Yes - for businesses ordering more than ~5,000L per month or across multiple sites. 14 or 30-day terms, consolidated invoicing, and per-site or per-asset cost coding. Contact us to set up.

How does your price compare to retail?

On the headline per-litre, we sit close to forecourt diesel - sometimes a touch under, sometimes a touch over (it shifts daily with the Terminal Gate Price). The savings show up in the things around the fuel: an hour of driver time per detour avoided, no return-fill premium on hire equipment (typically 60% above pump), and uptime protected because plant doesn't stop for fuel runs.

Fuel quality

What grade of diesel is it?

Australian Standard AS 3570 - Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel (ULSD), the same fuel grade you get at any reputable retail forecourt. Cold-flow appropriate for the season and region. Batch QA on every load.

Is the fuel suitable for modern common-rail engines?

Yes - ULSD is the spec required by every modern diesel engine sold in Australia, including DPF-equipped agricultural and construction machinery.

Safety & compliance

Are you licensed for dangerous goods?

Yes. We hold the relevant state-level Dangerous Goods (DG) licences and our drivers carry HR/HC licences with current DG certification. All vehicles are ADG7-compliant and carry spill response equipment.

What insurance do you carry?

$20M public liability, $5M product liability, plus comprehensive vehicle and load insurance. Certificates of currency available on request for project compliance packs.

Account & app

Do I need the app to order?

No - you can order on the web or through your account manager. The app is the easiest way for repeat orders and live tracking, but never a requirement.

Can I track the truck?

Yes. Once your delivery is allocated to a driver, the app shows the truck approaching in real time so you can have someone on the ground when it arrives.
